Es Blewah


Bahan:

  • 300 g blewah, keruk dagingnya
  • 10 sdm susu kental manis putih
  • 20 sdm sirup cocopandan
  • es serut secukupnya


Cara membuat:

  1. Ambil 5 sdm blewah, masukkan ke dalam mangkuk saji.
  2. Beri es serut, siram atasnya dengan susu kental manis dan sirup cocopandan.
  3. Sajikan.
